COMMON QUESTIONS
We compiled a comprehensive breakdown of operational range questions to reduce your administrative friction before entering the vault.
No, a firearms license is not required. If you do not possess one, you will shoot under the direct supervision of a certified range officer who will guide you step-by-step.
We recommend comfortable athletic or tactical clothing with closed-toe shoes. Avoid low-cut shirts to prevent hot brass shell casings from contacting skin.
Yes, holders of a valid firearms permit may shoot with their own weapons. Before starting your session, please declare the firearm at reception and present the relevant documentation. Ammunition must meet the ballistic limits of our underground range.
A firearm can be entrusted to a minor who is adequately mature in mind and body. The assessment is always up to the instructor or range supervisor, depending on the type of weapon. Minors must shoot in the presence of a legal guardian (or with their written consent).
We provide various standard anatomical, bullseye, and tactical paper targets, alongside reactive steel options for dynamic shooting drills.
The shooting instructor at the shooting range plays a key role in ensuring the safety, education and support of shooters. The instructor supervises compliance with safety rules, such as proper handling of weapons and protection of hearing and vision. Provides theoretical and practical lessons, from the basics of shooting to advanced techniques. Identifies the mistakes and weaknesses of individual shooters and provides feedback for their improvement. The Sklep Shooting Range has qualified instructors always available for you — experienced and trained instructors will always accompany you during shooting.
Each shooting range has its own operating rules that must be followed. These rules may include specific rules, such as restrictions on the type of weapons or ammunition. The conditions for shooting at a shooting range may vary depending on the specific shooting range and its operating rules.
The gun shop will be open soon.
The firearms license is only for persons with permanent residence in the Czech Republic.
